Responsibilities

Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.

- Work closely with different stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and development teams to create an exceptional experience.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships.
- Analyze the market opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams.
- Analytical skills.
- Different databases knowledge MongoDB & SQL is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web & mobile technologies and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness.
- Experience in fintech is a plus.
- Experience in using Atlassian – JIRA is a plus.
- Familiar with Firebase & analytics tools.

To join us on this incredible growth journey, we are looking to appoint a high-performing and ambitious KSA General Manager who will be critical in supporting the Company to deliver on its vision and next stage in growth in the Kingdom.
Job description/Purpose of the job
- Responsible for designing and implementing the strategy, goals and objectives, setting and delivering budget, long term plan and commercial targets of Merit and each of its products;
- Responsible for national and local partnerships and new and existing key client accounts;
- Responsible for hiring and leading the entire KSA to its maximum potential, drive team performance by creating a high performing culture;
- Ownership of the P&L for KSA – delivering on revenue and margin targets whilst controlling costs;
- Overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the Company in KSA;
- Participate in strategic meetings with all stakeholders (partners, clients, regional teams, etc.)
- Drive new business activity in the Kingdom, being a brand ambassador who is comfortable leading RFP responses for major clients
- Act as the guardian of all Group policies, ensuring compliance of working policies and procedures
- Research, benchmark, provide data, and make recommendations for prospective projects;
- Identifying competition, analyzing its strengths and weaknesses and making strategic recommendations accordingly;

Essential Experience and Education
- Saudi National only
- Fluent in Arabic and English is required
- MBA degree would be ideal
- Experience in a Saudi technology company or startup is compulsory, preferably Series A or beyond
- Deep KSA market understanding, with at least 10 years leadership experience
- Experience with enterprise clients (RFPs, customer success management..)
- Ability to influence and to be regarded as a credible trusted leader of a business
- Self-aware, with the appropriate leadership skills to inspire high performing teams
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced and matrixed environment
