Operations Manager – Full time
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive data driven Operations Manager to set processes, take ownership of daily activities, identify, triage, and solve the company’s biggest blockers, speed-killers and remain quality service. The talent has the ability to look way down the line, attempting to foresee anything and everything upcoming that could possibly cause friction. As an Operations Manager you will spend as much time as you can in proactive mode – attacking projects way before they become problems. You will be establishing policies and creating sustainable and scalable processes to improve productivity and startup ekciency. Successful candidates will employ strong collaboration skills, skilled communications, a problem-solving orientation, and demonstrate comfort in an evolving and fast-paced startup environment.
- Set up and drive the company’s operational

- 4+ years of managing operations experience in a marketplace or in the e-commerce industry and ideally in a field that makes e tensive use of
- Significant customer management experience and/or experience in coordinating multiple projects
- CRM and Jira Software experience.

- Self-starter personality; comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing

As the Partnership Manager, you will be in charge of hiring, implementing and developing commercial and strategic relationships with fashion stylists & brands designers in accordance with the company’s overarching objective, strategic goals and strategies.
