Our Team

Abdulaziz A. Alomran

As the Direct Controller and CEO, Abdulaziz's work spans more than two decades across entrepreneurship, angel investing, and multi-asset portfolio management, with hands-on experience in venture capital, public equities, and money markets. His background as both an operator and investor has positioned him as a notable contributor to the development of Saudi Arabia’s entrepreneurship and investment landscape. Abdulaziz also serves as the Chair of the Capital Markets Advisory Committee and sits on the boards of Jahez, Rasan, Dar wa Emaar Real Estate Development Company, and Delta Engineering Company.

Basmah Alsinaidi

As the Vice Chairman and Manager of Assets, Basmah as combines operator insight with disciplined investing across venture capital and private markets. She has closed over $200M in transactions and serves on the boards of Rasan and Raqamyah, with advisory roles spanning leading consumer and fintech brands such as Floward. Her focus lies in building governance, data, and go-to-market systems that help founders evolve from startup to company, transforming product-market fit into scalable growth and positioning businesses for profitability, strategic exits, or IPO.

Andrei Ugarov

As the General Manager of Fixed Income, Andrei is a senior corporate finance executive with over 20 years of experience across debt and equity capital markets, credit funds, M&A, and JV advisory in the Middle East, Africa, and other emerging markets. At Impact46, he leads the credit advisory practice, structuring innovative sukuk and credit products for mid-market companies. Andrei has a proven track record in building and executing financial solutions and brings extensive expertise in deal structuring, capital raising, and relationship management. He is fluent in six languages, including Arabic.

Eyad Albayouk

Eyad Albayouk is an investment leader with deep experience in venture capital, direct investments, and fund management. His career spans senior roles at Flat6Labs, Arzan Capital, and Sanabil Investments, where he led multi-million-dollar transactions, developed investment policies, and oversaw portfolio performance. Eyad is a CPA and CFA charterholder with a strong background in audit, financial analysis, and advising high-growth companies.

Abdulaziz Alrugaib

Abdulaziz AlRugaib is a board member and senior executive with extensive experience across retail, trading, food services, agriculture, and investment. He serves on the boards and leadership committees of several Saudi joint-stock and family-owned companies, contributing to governance, financial oversight, and long-term strategic direction. His work covers operations, restructuring, performance management, and business development across multiple sectors.
